      The Rain Drenched Strawberries candle smells a lot like the Strawberry Jam candle from previous years of Goose Creek. Very authentic strawberry scent with a bit of sugary sweetness added. It is not an overwhelming scent but does fill the area where the candle is placed. I have ordered more and will continue to do so as it’s a nice summery scent for the kitchen!

      I Prefer The Original Formula…

      I was so excited to see you brought Rain Drenched Strawberries back! But then I noticed the new formula is COMPLETELY different from the original formula of Rain Drops, Sweet Strawberries, Garden Rhubarb, Soft Jasmine, Light Coconut, & Vanilla. The new formula is Fresh Strawberries, Green Leaves, Garden Rain. I bought 1 anyways hoping you had simply made the fragrance notes more concise. Sadly, this is not the case. They are very different. The older formula has a richness to it with the rhubarb in particular giving the candle a much more evolved layering. And the touch of Jasmine/Coconut/Vanilla were perfect additions. It really was the PERFECT strawberries candle. The new candle seems much more straight forward and less complex. And it’s a “sweeter” strawberry but not necessarily the “juiciness” you get from the original one.

      I bought this candle on a sale and was skeptical of how it would smell. For $10 I am soooooo impressed! It is a great strawberry scent! I have the Strawberry SHortcake scent (Best Friends) and was hoping for something similar and while it isn’t as strawberry forward as that one this candle is still yummy smelling. So true and strong- the fragrance fills my whole house when I light it. Competitors charge up to $33 for similar candles and no candle is worth that – This candle – even at full price ($13.99) is a MASSIVE bargain. Worth every penny.

      This candle on cold smells great. I kind of get a strawberry rhubarb scent it is very tangy/sour. I do enjoy it on cold but do not get a greenery note.
