      Goose Creek scents are amazingly intense! I bought this candle initially for the label and title! For a friend who loves Strawberry Shortcake as much as I do (we are 50 yrs old!) and for my daughter who is just getting ready to head off to college (18 yrs old)! I wasn’t sure what the scent was going to smell like but let me tell you… it is EXACTLY like the Strawberry Shortcake doll you remember playing with! I was in awe and know that the “best friends” I’m going to share it with are going to be in awe!

      Love the smell of the candle. Doesn’t really smell like the 1980’s doll, but it has a great strawberry scent, and the packaging is adorable. My candle came smashed in the package. I contacted Goose Creek, and they immediately fixed the problem, and sent me a replacement. 5star customer service as well!

      To be clear they never claimed it would be but products with Strawberry Shortcake on it can be misleading knowing we all want to smell the doll for nostalgic reasons.

      I love these candles! The candles last a while, as in they don’t melt so quickly. The fragrance is very sweet like an actual strawberry shortcake, and it does fill the room with its sweet aroma! Definitely a must try because you’ll be back trying other scents.
