A Candle That Surprised Me
Note: I’m a candle collector & use several candles in the same day. My definition of THROW may be different because the previous candle’s THROW could still be lingering.
I brought this on a whim. Honestly, i didn’t know what to expect. I’m just not a fan of floral candles. At first, i thought it would be a floral candle by the outside wraparound, but it’s not. The best way to describe it is the sweet frosting on the top of cupcakes that you’d buy at a bakery with small sprinkles of sugar. If you like gourmands, and bakery scented candles then this will be right up your alley. Like most GC candles i have encountered, there were projection issues. This worked best in a small space (bedroom). If you want to experience the THROW in an open area (living room) then you may 2 or 3 of the same candle burning at opposite corners of the same room. A successful candle is one where i can smell it from another room and this did NOT do that. However, the throw worked in a small, contained bedroom and i was pleased with it. Throw is a 6.5 outta 10. I would definitely buy 1 more as a backup. Definitely give it a try if it you’re a fan of bakery scents.
